We will send over a contract and estimate that will need to be signed and accepted, We will mark the property with 811 before installation. To keep our prices low we do not perform presite surveys for free unless you have already purchused a shelter. These are very straighforward and usually do not require a pre site survey. These prices include shelter,tax,delivery,installation, for locations up to 3 hours from Collinwood TN
